The steering group is elected at the conference and prepares the following conference under the leadership of an elected chair. The steering group is the only permanent representation of ECCE between conferences and meet annually to plan the next one. The current steering group comprises (left to right) Anita Ahtiainan, Susanne Haessler, Aled Davies (treasurer), Lorraine Webb, Petra Majstorović Nicole Awais. 
Die Lenkungsgruppe wird auf der Konferenz gewählt und bereitet die folgende Konferenz unter der Leitung eines gewählten Vorsitzenden vor. Die Lenkungsgruppe ist die einzige ständige Vertretung der ECCE zwischen Konferenzen und trifft sich jährlich zur Planung der nächsten. Die aktuelle Steuerungsgruppe umfasst (von links nach rechts) Anita Ahtiainan, Susanne Haessler, Aled Davies (treasurer), Lorraine Webb, Petra Majstorović Nicole Awais.
Le groupe de pilotage est élu lors de la conférence et prépare la conférence suivante sous la direction d’un-e président-e élu-e. Le groupe de pilotage est la seule représentation permanente de la ECCE entre les conférences et se réunit chaque année pour planifier la prochaine conférence.
